Once the device is completely charged and ready to go, you need to click the upper button five times in order to turn it on. This will cause a buzz and it will start heating herbs that you have filled in the chamber. There are direct temperature control and a smart path. You can use the up and down buttons to change through different smart paths. If you want to control the temperature directly, you need to press the control button one time to see the temperature and then press the up and down buttons to change it by one degree.
